Introduction: 

This article provides instructions for completing the "Student-Enrollments" sheet within the Whole School Data Exchange Template. Schools complete this tab by entering the required information for each student enrollment.

  • Student First Name

  • Student Last Name

  • Student Email

    • If the email address listed does not appear on the Student-List tab, it should automatically highlight the cell in yellow.

  • Local Course Title

  • Section Number

  • Teacher Email



Important Information:

  • Columns G-J are for Michigan Virtual’s use and contain formulas. Please do not enter or paste into these cells as it will overwrite the formulas within them. This means that when you copy and paste into columns A-C. make sure that you are not pasting entire rows into the sheet.

  • Please ensure that columns H and I bring back a valid code from the Assign-Courses sheet. If the Local Course Title, Section Number, and Teacher Email, are not exactly the same as what is listed on the Assign-Courses tab, you should see a “No Match in Column L of Assign-Courses Tab” warning in yellow.

  • Enrollment Processed (Column J) lets you know whether the student has been enrolled in the course (Yes/No).
